As the model for various educators such as teachers, professors, principals, and deans, transformational leadership can be employed as an effective method of leading by example. Also, students and educators alike are encouraged to reach greater levels of achievement with the strategies of transformational leadership that incorporate the concept of doing more than they have thought they could do for students. Transformational leadership can be a model that all educators- teachers, principals, professors, and deans- can use to lead by example. Such a model places much value upon creating connections with communities and encouraging educators and students alike to reach higher levels of academic success. Today, transformational leaders in education frequently inspire and foster future leaders of government, industry, and other aspects of society that will also be transformational.

Transformational Goals Can Be Set into Education

Today, all educational goals are not set solely by the principal. Instead, after input from teachers, shared organizational goals are linked. Teachers are urged to try out new ideas and methods; there is a proactive focus on culture-building. Principals communicate clear visions of organizational goals, and they delegate to their staff curriculum coordination, evaluation, instruction, programs for students, and other areas to their staff. Today, there is more curriculum, supervision, instruction, and evaluation delegation to the teaching staff than in the past. Collaborative leadership will result in support systems designed to be able to reduce many levels of inequity. Also, a collaborative system will produce a more resilient educational infrastructure.
